New Executive Office of the Property Management Services Authority Officially Put into Service ( with photo )

The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) held an opening ceremony for its new Executive Office. Representatives from the relevant professional organisations, business associations, labour unions, education institutions and the Home Affairs Department shared this joyous event.

The PMSA is a statutory body established in accordance with the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626). Its principal functions are to regulate and control the provision of property management services in Hong Kong by the licensing of property management companies and property management practitioners; to promote the integrity, competence and professionalism of the profession of property management services; as well as to maintain and enhance the status of the profession of property management services.

Mr Tony Tse, the PMSA Chairperson said, “The opening of new Executive Office marks a new milestone of the PMSA. We will continue to communicate with the industry and our stakeholders, to set up the licensing regime as well as to enhance the quality of the property management companies and practitioners, for assuring members of public high-quality property management services.”
