To further reduce the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus in the community, the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) announced today that starting from next Monday, 23 March 2020, its Executive Office will maintain provision of essential and basic services for the public on a limited-scale until further notice.
The Reception Counter will continue to make available for the receipt of application forms for the “Anti-epidemic Support Scheme for Property Management Sector” (ASPM) during office hours. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications through the ASPM online application platforms (Property Management Company / DMC Manager Online Application Platform or Owners’ Organisation Online Application Platform) or by post. All ASPM briefing sessions from 23 to 31 March 2020 will be cancelled. For ASPM enquiries, please call the hotlines 3696 1156 / 3696 1166.
Other public services including general enquiries will be handled through email or by phone. The PMSA will continue to keep a close watch on the development of the situation and will announce to the public timely if there is any further change to its services.
If you require any assistance, please call (852) 3696 1111 or email to enquiry@pmsahk.org.hk.
