In view of the latest severe epidemic situation and the Government’s announcement on the special work arrangements for Government employees and suspension of non-essential public services, the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) announced today that the PMSA will make adjustment to the delivery of its public services starting from tomorrow 8 February (Tuesday) until further notice.
Applicants of Property Management Practitioner or Property Management Company licence (applicants) may continue to submit their licence applications online, by post or drop-in at the drop box of the PMSA office located on 8/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai. The counter services of the PMSA office, however, will be suspended temporarily. The PMSA will contact those applicants who have made appointment to submit their licence application in person at the PMSA office and inform them about the latest arrangements.
For applicants who have received the “Notice of licence application result” in respect of successful application, the PMSA will arrange to send the licence to them by post instead and the applicants concerned will not need to collect the licence in person.
For individual applicants who are required to provide additional information or submit other certified documents in the licence vetting process, they will be advised to provide the related information or submit the concerned documents to the PMSA office in person at a later stage.
Other PMSA public services including general enquiries will be handled through email or by phone.
The PMSA will continue to keep a close watch on the development of the situation and will announce to the public timely if there is any further change to its services.
