Licence Renewal
An application for renewal of a licence must be made in the specified form, contain the prescribed information and be accompanied by the prescribed document and application fee.

No fees will be refunded once a licence is issued. Licence fee will only be refunded if an application is withdrawn before it is approved or if the application is rejected. However, application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
There is no licence renewal mechanism for the provisional PMP licence.
How to submit an application
- Make an appointment to submit the following at the PMSA office Note 1:
- a signed application form;
- the original of the required documents;
- a copy of the required documents;
- the required fee (payable in cash, cheque and FPS).
- Post Note 2 the following to the PMSA office:
- a signed application form;
- a copy of the required documents (the copy will NOT be returned to the applicant);
- the required fee (please pay by cheque).
Note 1: At this stage, the PMSA only accepts submission of original documents for inspection by appointment. No walk-in counter services are provided.
Note 2: Underpaid mail items will not be accepted by the PMSA.
